Ms. Allison is part of our Spark Land Guide team. She began her Acton journey in 2024 as an Apprentice Guide and with grit and great commitment she has grown to shine as a lead Guide for a youngest learners. Ms. Allison is an expert game maker, Socratic navigator, and shines when working with our Spark Land learners ages 4-8! She is a trained Montessori Guide and is increasing her knowledge with Early Childhood and Lower Elementary certification from the North American Montessori Center.

Ms. Allison loves the wonder of working with children and shared “Acton is a dream job! I am always learning and growing and I love being part of each learner’s hero’s journey so much!” Ms. Allison is a proud Acton Owl and her bubbly and kind nature is a magnet for learners. She is no stranger to working with children as she has worked as a nanny and childcare provider for many years and has previously worked as a retail manager.

Ms. Allison is a creative spirit with a love for piano, drawing, the outdoors, and listening to Taylor Swift! As a lifelong learner she is teaching herself to embroider and is constantly honing her drawing and visual art skills.
